Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we proudly ship worldwide.

Where do you ship from?
Orders are fulfilled through our overseas warehouse and supplier network to provide access to our full product selection.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, orders may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes. Once your order is delivered, you may still contact us regarding return options if eligible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

How long will shipping take?
Because some products ship from our overseas fulfillment partners, delivery times may vary. Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and current shipping volume.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, please contact us at info@officialcrusaders.com and we will make it right. 

Will I be charged customs or import fees?
Depending on your country, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply once your order arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

How do I return an item?
To request a return, please contact us at info@officialcrusaders.com and we will guide you through the process. 

What if my item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@officialcrusaders.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review it quickly and work to resolve it as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. After a refund is approved, please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
